The DHQ workspace & access model
Everything in DHQ requires a signed-in Kariant account, and every object you create — invoices, forms, contracts, calendar entries, inventory — belongs to your account. The only public surfaces are the ones you deliberately share: form fill links, survey links, Lynq short links, and Klink profiles.

- check_circleSign-in required everywhere — there is no logged-out DHQ; visiting while signed out routes you through the central Kariant sign-in.
- check_circleOwner-scoped data: your invoices, forms, surveys, contracts, calendar, projects, operations, inventory, accounts, links and knowledge nodes are readable and writable only by your account.
- check_circlePublic-by-choice surfaces: a form or survey becomes fillable by anyone only when you share its fill link; a Lynq short link and a Klink profile are public by design.
- check_circlePublic form and survey submissions are protected against automated abuse — submissions must come from the genuine Kariant form page.

Can my teammates see my DHQ data?expand_more
No. DHQ objects are scoped to the account that created them. Shared/team back-office workflows belong in the org tools on hq.kariant.app or in Kariant Klient.
Is DHQ the developer API console?expand_more
No. Despite the historical name, DHQ is the business-operations suite — forms, invoices, sign, calendar, links. Developer surfaces are documented under Kariant for Developers.
