- 2Apply at /franchisor/apply with your brand details. The application is reviewed by the Kariant team.
- 3On approval, your account is granted franchisor access and the console unlocks at /franchisor/dashboard.
- 4Create your first listing (see Create your listing) — listings go through a publish review before appearing to seekers.
While you waitlink
The public franchisor site (the /franchisor landing, feature pages, and competitor comparisons) is fully browsable pre-approval, so your team can evaluate the toolset before the console unlocks.
Once approved, the /franchisor landing replaces the marketing pitch entirely with your partner cockpit: a welcome-back band (your brand name, live pipeline and listings counts), a next-best-action panel, a quick-tools grid of console shortcuts, and your context completeness meter — with a “view the full platform tour” link that restores the marketing page whenever you want the pitch back. Signed-in visitors who haven’t finished applying see a finish-your-application nudge in the same spot.
Approved partners also see “open in your console” shortcut bands on the public feature pages, jumping straight from the page you’re reading to the matching console tool.
