- 1Review plans on the public pricing page — xtended.kariant.app/partner/get-listed (India-specific plans at /partner/get-listed/india). The /partner/pricing links open the same pages. No sign-in needed.
- 2Apply at /franchisor/onboarding with your brand and contact details, then review the current regional/cohort price returned by the server.
- 3Pay through Razorpay or PayPal. An existing KashFlow account is not a payment source for this onboarding fee. Verified payment completes the application and sends it to Kariant Admin review.
- 4For a paid guest application, sign in with the correct Kariant identity and choose Bind this application. Existing members do not need a second master identity. Any eligible fee-back destination is selected only from verified authorized KashFlow accounts, or New Kashflow Account.
- 5Approval and completed Partner signup are required before activation and any eligible fee-back. Changing accounts hides the previous application and account details while the current identity is verified again.
- 6Create your first listing (see Create your listing) — listings go through a publish review before appearing to seekers.

The public franchisor site (the /franchisor landing, feature pages, and competitor comparisons) is fully browsable pre-approval, so your team can evaluate the toolset before the console unlocks.
Once approved, the /franchisor landing replaces the marketing pitch entirely with your partner cockpit: a welcome-back band (your brand name, live pipeline and listings counts), a next-best-action panel, a quick-tools grid of console shortcuts, and your context completeness meter — with a “view the full platform tour” link that restores the marketing page whenever you want the pitch back. Signed-in visitors who haven’t finished applying see a finish-your-application nudge in the same spot.
Approved partners also see “open in your console” shortcut bands on the public feature pages, jumping straight from the page you’re reading to the matching console tool.
Frequently asked questions
Should I pay again if review or account access needs verification?expand_more
No. Keep your original application and payment reference. An access verification issue does not cancel your recorded application or authorize another onboarding charge. Contact support if your review cannot continue.
When do I pay the onboarding fee?expand_more
Submit the application, review the server-priced regional/cohort offer, and pay with Razorpay or PayPal before Kariant Admin review. KashFlow is only a possible destination for later eligible fee-back, not a payment source at this stage.
How long does review take?expand_more
During initial launch, allow up to 48 hours for review and activation after verified payment. Application progress and payment confirmation use your contact email; account activation and any fee-back remain subject to reviewed eligibility.
Can my team share the console?expand_more
The console binds to the approved account. Team and organization structures are managed through the shared /organization surface.
What if organization setup needs my attention?expand_more
Use the verified master Kariant account attached to your application and open /organization. The first organization is free across products. If a new organization requires the 1,000-Koin additional-organization fee, review its quote and confirm with an authorized KashFlow account. Application approval does not silently charge that fee or complete unresolved organization setup. Any eligible fee-back still requires all activation conditions to be met.
Why do I need to confirm an existing business for my application?expand_more
Your application must be connected to the intended organization, not automatically to the first business on your account. Sign in with the verified master Kariant account bound to the application. When the business-confirmation panel is available, search eligible owned organizations, select the intended business and confirm the no-charge link. A saved selection resumes the original approval workflow; activation and any eligible fee-back still require their final checks. Guests cannot choose a private organization from an application link alone. Your existing payment is preserved; do not pay again or create another organization just to bypass selection.
What if business confirmation is pending or needs review?expand_more
If confirmation is uncertain, use the retained retry when offered instead of choosing a different business. A confirmed link is read-only; refresh application status to check activation separately. Archived or suspended organizations cannot be selected. Contact support with your application reference for missing or conflicting legacy records. We do not charge for linking an existing organization or silently change an approved fee-back.
What if my application status cannot load?expand_more
A status check stops waiting after 15 seconds and offers Retry application status. This retry only reads the existing application; it does not submit, pay or activate again. A status-read problem does not cancel your application or change a payment already confirmed. Check the connection and retry the status before asking support with your application reference.
