Platform status & error pages
kariant.app/status shows live component health, and server error pages report themselves and give you a reference to quote — here is how to read both.
Reading the status pagelink
Each component on kariant.app/status shows its current state — Operational, Degraded, Outage, Maintenance, or Unknown. Unknown means that component's status could not be verified just now: it is unverified, not necessarily down.
The green "All Systems Operational" header appears only when every component is confirmed operational. If the status information itself cannot be read, the header shows a neutral "Status Unavailable" state instead of guessing.
If you hit a server errorlink
When a server error page appears, the error has already been reported to the team automatically — you do not need to file it yourself.
The page shows an incident reference (it looks like KA- followed by a short code). If the problem keeps happening, contact support at https://support.kariant.app and quote that reference — it connects your report to what was already captured.
Frequently asked questions
A component shows Unknown — is Kariant down?expand_more
Not necessarily. Unknown means the status could not be verified at that moment. If the feature works for you, it is up; reload the status page shortly for a fresh read.
