Signing in, joining, and client vs staff access
Konsulting uses your one Kariant account. Sign in at konsulting.kariant.app/login (central SSO via the Kariant Identity hub), join the Konsulting surface on first visit, and you are in. Client surfaces are open to every signed-in member; internal ops surfaces are staff-only.
Signing inlink
- 1Go to konsulting.kariant.app/login (every sign-in button on the site leads here).
- 2You are signed in through Kariant's central SSO — the same account you use on every Kariant surface. If you are already signed in elsewhere on Kariant, one tap completes it.
- 3New to Kariant? The same page lets you create your account first.
Joining the Konsulting surfacelink
The first time you open a signed-in Konsulting page, you are asked to join the Konsulting surface — one confirmation that activates your Konsulting profile on your existing Kariant account. This is the standard Kariant subdomain-membership step; it does not create a second account.
Client access vs staff accesslink
Everything a client needs — packages, checkout, subscriptions, the client portal, the AI tools, and white-label provisioning — is available to any signed-in member. A small set of internal delivery-operations surfaces (CRM pipeline, FDE dashboards, timesheets, capacity planning, rate cards) is restricted to the Kariant Konsulting team.
If you open one of those pages without staff access you will see a "staff access required" message. That is expected for client accounts — nothing is wrong with your account, and none of your client features are affected.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate Konsulting account?expand_more
No. One Kariant account works everywhere. Konsulting just asks you to join its surface on first signed-in visit.
Why do I see "staff access required" on some pages?expand_more
Those pages are internal delivery-ops tools for the Kariant team. Client features — packages, portal, tools, white-label — never require staff access.
