Cancel a booking

If you had already paid (Razorpay or Koins), the refund is handled by the team rather than reversed automatically at the instant of cancellation. It gets processed back to you — but expect a human-handled turnaround, not an instant reversal. If a refund seems lost, contact support@kariant.app with the booking reference.
