Payment failed mid-booking
A payment that errors or a checkout that closes mid-flight usually resolves to exactly one of two states: the booking exists, or it doesn’t. Never retry blind.

Availability isn’t held indefinitely during a failed attempt, so if your slot was taken in the meantime you’ll need to pick another — annoying, but better than paying twice.
- 1Do NOT immediately pay again — a double payment is harder to unwind than a missing booking.
- 2Check your bookings in your account: if the booking shows confirmed, the payment went through — the confirmation email may just be lagging or in spam.
- 3Check your payment source (bank/UPI app for Razorpay, your /koins ledger for Koin payments) to see whether the debit actually happened.
- 4Booking absent AND money debited? Contact support@kariant.app with the space, slot, amount, and payment reference — the team reconciles it (refund or confirmation).
- 5Booking absent and NO debit? The attempt failed cleanly — book again normally.
