Reputation
Reputation audits how an entity is perceived across public sources — reviews, news, search, and location data — and distills it into sentiment scores you can question in plain language.
What it doeslink
Reputation runs an enterprise-grade brand sentiment audit for your organization (or any entity you name). A run combines the AI deep-intelligence pipeline with real public evidence: business reviews, location and places context, news, live search grounding, and natural-language sentiment scoring.
The output is quantified: an estimated Net Promoter Score, a global sentiment split (positive / neutral / negative), and sentiment broken down by topic — for example Customer Service, Product Quality, Pricing — each with its own score, rendered as gauges and charts with full source provenance.
Run an auditlink
Open Reputation from the Kurator hub (kariant.app/kurator/reputation or the Kurator console). Your active organization's name and website are pre-filled from your context.
- 1Confirm or edit the entity name and website you want audited.
- 2Optionally add specific URLs (review pages, press coverage) you want included as evidence.
- 3Check the pre-run cost estimate in the run bar, then start the audit and follow the stage progress.
- 4Review the scores, topic breakdown, and evidence panel; export the report or revisit it in History.
Ask follow-up questionslink
Once an audit is complete, you can chat with it: ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in that report's evidence — useful for briefing a team or drilling into a weak topic without re-reading the whole audit.
Reputation Radarlink

It runs between your manual audits and is managed like your other Kariant agents.
As with all Kurator runs, audits allow one full run per 24 hours, signed-out visitors get one free trial, and metering is usage-based — free on the platform default model, with premium extras billed in Koins at Kurator's 1.5× multiplier.
Frequently asked questions
What sources feed a reputation audit?expand_more
Public business reviews, location/places context, news coverage, live search grounding, and language-level sentiment scoring — combined with the AI synthesis. Each report carries a provenance badge showing sources, confidence, and freshness.
Can I audit a company that isn't mine?expand_more
Yes. The entity name and website default to your active organization, but you can audit any entity by editing those fields.
What is the NPS number in my report?expand_more
It is an estimated Net Promoter Score (-100 to 100) derived from the sentiment distribution found in public evidence — a directional indicator, not a survey-based NPS.
What does Reputation Radar alert on?expand_more
It continuously scans reviews and public sentiment for your organization, detects sentiment drift, and escalates potential reputational crises so you hear about them early.
