Kurator is agent-operable: any MCP-compatible AI agent can sign in as you and use Kurator tools over the authenticated Model Context Protocol endpoint. Read tools are free; intelligence runs are metered with the exact same pricing you would see in the console.

How metered agent runs are billedlink
Identical to console runs: the server prices the run first (including Kurator's 1.5× multiplier; free when the platform-default baseline applies to your account), charges that single amount from your wallet BEFORE generating, and refunds automatically if generation fails. Every metered tool discloses its cost model in its own description, so agents can decide before calling — nothing bills silently.
If your balance cannot cover a run, the tool returns the required amount and does not run. Agent discovery is open (agent cards at /.well-known/agent.json); tool execution always requires your authenticated Kariant session.

An agent acting with your session can call metered tools, and each metered tool states its cost model in its description with the exact amount charged returned in the result. Runs are pre-priced and fail-closed — insufficient balance blocks the run, and failed runs are refunded.
Are agent runs cheaper or pricier than console runs?expand_more
Neither — the price comes from the same estimator the console run bar uses, so an agent run costs exactly what the same run costs in the console.
