You never create a second account to become a partner. Your single Kariant account carries a separate Partner identity, and Partner HQ is where that identity lives.

No. Sign-in is central on hq.kariant.app and the session is shared across every *.kariant.app property. If you are signed in anywhere, you are signed in on Partner HQ.
