Review applications
Every application lands in your workspace, grouped under the job it was made for — nothing to configure, nothing to import.
Where applications appearlink
Each job in your Jobs list carries its own applications view: open the job to see everyone who applied to it, newest first. Applications appear as candidates submit them.
A new job starts emptylink
A freshly published job shows an empty application list until the first candidate applies — an empty list means no one has applied yet, not that something is broken. Give a new post time to reach candidates before judging it.
Working the listlink
Review each application against the role and move the candidates you want forward in your process. Keeping the review prompt matters: candidates on Skollar are actively looking, and slow reviews lose the best of them.
Frequently asked questions
My job has views but no applications — is something wrong?expand_more
Not necessarily. Candidates read before they apply. If the gap persists, tighten the title and requirements — over-demanding posts are the most common reason candidates read and move on.
