- 1Open Forms (or Surveys) in DHQ and create a new one in the builder — add your fields or questions and save.
- 2Copy the public fill link and share it anywhere — email, chat, your website. Respondents do not need an account.
- 3Watch responses arrive in the form’s response view; responses are visible only to you.
