Rest-of-world paid activations 1–100 are $999 for lifetime membership and receive 999 Koins after payment and staff approval; activations 101–200 are $2,499 for lifetime membership with no fee-back; activation 201 onward is $9,999 per year with no fee-back. India uses the same regional sequence at ₹9,999 lifetime with 9,999 Sikka after payment and approval, ₹24,999 lifetime, then ₹99,999 per year. Zero commission and zero organic lead fees apply throughout.

A preview does not reserve a cohort place. After Kariant verifies billing identity, opening checkout creates a time-bounded hold in the current regional price phase. Verified payment keeps that hold through final review; the permanent ordinal is assigned transactionally only when staff approval succeeds. An individual failed payment attempt keeps the hold because the same provider order may still succeed. Only an authoritatively verified unpaid expiry releases it; an uncertain provider response is held for support reconciliation, and a rejected paid application is routed for refund reconciliation.

Only approved, paid Partner applications qualify for the first 100 or next 100 discounted places in India or the rest of the world. Where self-serve checkout is not open, membership is arranged with the Kariant team after application review. Your console profile (/franchisor/profile) shows the authoritative membership status, tenure, payment reference and renewal date where an annual term applies.

If Kariant administration records or changes an invoice membership term, the change is added to the audit trail and you receive a transactional email and in-product notification. The invoice renewal worker also sends due notices and may mark an elapsed invoice term past due, but it rechecks the current term before acting. Provider-paid memberships are never changed by invoice controls or that worker; their status follows verified Razorpay or PayPal evidence.

Lifetime memberships have no scheduled renewal. Annual memberships begin with regional activation 201; applicable renewal notices are sent before the term ends.

Founding fee-back value is immediately spendable after staff approval. Only its eligible remainder after 12 months may be considered for Kash conversion, subject to identity, compliance, policy and payout availability; conversion is not guaranteed.
