Get started as a partner
Every Kariant partner starts the same way: one account created at hq.kariant.app, one partner setup, and a console that grows with you. This page walks the first mile — and maps the rest of the journey.
One account for every Kariant surfacelink
Kariant runs on a single identity. You sign up once at hq.kariant.app — the Kariant Identity portal — and that account follows you across kariant.app, the partner console, Koins, and every other Kariant surface. There is no separate “partner login”.
- 1Go to hq.kariant.app (or click Sign in from any Kariant page — a brief “Redirecting to secure sign-in…” screen hands you to the central secure sign-in and returns you afterwards) and create your account — email + password (at least 12 characters with a mix of cases, numbers, and symbols), a one-tap magic link, a one-time code by email or text, or a supported social provider.

- 3Open kariant.app/partner — the partner site — and start partner setup from there.
Complete partner setuplink
Partner setup needs your organization page first — created in a minute by adding your website (its details pre-fill from your site; no legal registration is required, and this is separate from your account's declared legal status). Accounts without an organization page can use every buyer-side surface but cannot list as partners. Partner setup then activates the partner role on your existing account and creates your partner profile. From that moment the partner console appears in your navigation — and your clock starts: for eligible early partners, the 100% money-back-as-Kash becomes bank-redeemable from day 366, counted from the day your partner profile is created.
Setup asks for the essentials — who you are, your company, and what you plan to list. Everything else (organization @handle, billing, Kontext ICP) has its own step later in this journey.
Sign-in security and console accesslink
Partner accounts use the same security as every Kariant account: passwords are at least 12 characters with a mix of cases, numbers, and symbols; Forgot password on the sign-in screen emails a time-limited, single-use reset link (an expired or already-used link shows a clear message with a one-click “Request a new link” button); and you can add two-factor authentication with an authenticator app under Settings → Security — accounts holding more than one second factor choose between “Authenticator app” and “Text message” at sign-in.
Console access follows your account, not a separate login: once your application is approved and setup completes, the partner console appears in your navigation. If it does not show right away, sign out and sign back in — a fresh sign-in picks up newly granted access.

Do I need a separate account to be a partner?expand_more
No. One Kariant account carries every role. Partner setup adds the partner role to the account you created at hq.kariant.app — you can be a buyer and a partner on the same login.
When does the money-back clock start?expand_more
At partner-profile creation. For eligible early partners (per-region and per-category caps), 100% of the listing fee comes back as Kash, bank-redeemable from day 366 counted from the day your partner profile was created.
Does it cost anything to create the account or start setup?expand_more
No. Creating the account and completing partner setup are free. You pay only when you buy your listing plan — a one-time fee that includes your listing for life.
Where do I track my application after submitting?expand_more
At kariant.app/partner/status — the application status page shows where your onboarding application stands (in review, approved, or rejected with the decision note). Approval and rejection also notify you in-app and by email.
I was approved but the partner console isn’t showing — what do I do?expand_more
Sign out and sign back in. Console access is granted to your account at approval, and a fresh sign-in picks it up — the console then appears in your navigation.
