Teach the AI your buyer: the Kontext ICP
Kontext is where you teach Kariant’s AI who your buyer is — industry, size, roles, and the problems you solve. Once set, it quietly powers the rest of your journey: every new lead is scored against it, and the sales agent drafts outreach in its terms.
What the Kontext ICP islink
Your Kontext profile is a structured ideal-customer profile (ICP) attached to your partner context: who you sell to, what problems you solve, and what a great-fit deal looks like. It is the grounding layer the platform’s AI reads before it acts on your behalf.
Two live systems ground on it today: AI lead qualification (every new Kontinue lead scored 0–100 and banded hot/warm/cold against your ICP) and the sales agent (drafted outreach sequences framed for your buyer).
Fill in your profilelink
- 1Open the Kontext profile surface at /klick/kontext/profile while in your partner context.
- 2Describe your ideal buyer: industries, company size, roles, and geography.
- 3Add the problems you solve and the outcomes you deliver — the sales agent quotes these, so write them as you would to a customer.
- 4Save. Changes take effect on the next scored lead and the next generated sequence.

Frequently asked questions
Is filling the Kontext ICP required?expand_more
No, but it is the highest-leverage few minutes of setup. Without it, lead scoring and the sales agent fall back to your listing fields alone, which are thinner than a real ICP.
What does lead scoring cost?expand_more
1 Koin per scored lead. If your Koin balance is empty, scoring is skipped honestly — the lead still arrives in Kontinue, just without a score.
Can buyers see my ICP?expand_more
No. The Kontext profile is private grounding for AI acting in your partner context; it is never displayed to buyers.
