Kashback keeps a full notification feed for money events, and the Deal & Rate Alerts perk adds proactive pings when the catalog gets better.
What you are notified aboutlink
- check_circleKoins credited — a subscription confirmed and paid out to your wallet (also sent as a KashBack-branded email). If part of the award settled an outstanding reversal balance, the notification shows the split.
- check_circleKoins released — a holdback period ended and held Koins landed (also sent as a KashBack-branded email).
- check_circleSubscription rejected — a subscription was declined in review, with the reason (also sent as a KashBack-branded email).
- check_circleSubscription reversed — a refund or cancellation reversed an earning (with the reason).
- check_circleDispute updates — a dispute you raised was resolved or rejected, with the resolution note (also sent as a KashBack-branded email).
- check_circleAdmin announcements — platform broadcasts from the Kariant team land in the same feed.
- check_circlePerk activated, referral bonus earned, leaderboard award — each with the amount involved.

- 2Select a notification to jump to the related page (a subscription, a listing, your dashboard).
- 3Use mark-as-read controls to clear the feed; settings for contact preferences live under Settings.
