Email campaigns, verification & compliance
Kompany campaign email is compliance-first: you verify your reply-to address once, you may only email your own consented contacts, and every campaign message carries an unsubscribe link automatically.

- check_circleVerify first — campaigns are blocked until you confirm a 6-digit code sent to your workspace reply-to address.
- check_circleConsented contacts only — a recipient must be a contact of your workspace who has not opted out; arbitrary addresses are rejected.

- check_circleEvery campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers; unsubscribed and bounced addresses are suppressed platform-wide.

- check_circleFailed and cancelled states show the reason — including "recipient unsubscribed", cap limits, and verification-required.

Campaign mail can only go to contacts saved in your workspace who have not opted out. Add the person as a contact first.

Your workspace has not completed sending verification. Open Email → follow the verify banner: request the code, then confirm it.
