Common issues and fixes
Most Konvert problems fall into three buckets: an expired channel connection, a messaging-window block, or a rate limit. Here is how to recognize and fix each.
Channel token expired / account unhealthylink
Meta access tokens are long-lived but not eternal; Konvert refreshes them automatically, but a password change, permission revocation or Page change can invalidate them. The dashboard flags the affected account.
- 1Open the dashboard and check the Connected Accounts health card.
- 2For a flagged Meta account, hit Reconnect on /connect and re-approve the authorization.
- 3For WhatsApp, re-issue the access token in Meta Business settings and update it on /connect. For Telegram/SMS, re-paste a valid token/credentials.
Sends blocked by the 24-hour windowlink
Deliveries skipped as window-ineligible are not failures — the platform forbids the send. Use a WhatsApp approved template for out-of-window WhatsApp sends, use email for cold re-engagement, or wait for the contact's next inbound message.
Rate limitslink
Konvert paces sends per account (hourly/daily) to keep your channels inside platform policies; your own automation daily caps also apply. When a limit is hit, further sends queue or skip and the delivery log says why. If you consistently hit the ceiling, raise your caps deliberately rather than removing them — platform spam enforcement is unforgiving.
Still stuck?link
Check the delivery log (/deliveries) — every send records its outcome and error reason. If a problem persists, contact support with the delivery time and channel.
