What completion triggerslink
When you mark a past confirmed booking COMPLETED, two member-side effects fire automatically: the guest earns +25 Koins, and any review they write for your space carries the Verified visit badge. Both are trust signals that make your space more attractive — verified reviews convert browsers into bookers.
The nightly sweeplink
You don’t have to babysit it: a nightly sweep auto-completes past confirmed bookings that were never marked manually. Marking them yourself is still better practice — the guest gets their Koins same-day, and your books stay current — but nothing is lost if a busy day gets past you.
Cancellations and refundslink
Members cancel from their own account. Where money was already paid, refunds are handled by the platform team — you’ll see the booking’s state change, and you don’t process the refund yourself.
