Spaces are submitted at /partner/submit and reviewed by the team before going live — typically within about 48 hours.
Submit the spacelink
- 1Open /partner/submit.
- 2Complete the space details: name, location, category, amenities, photos, and pricing.
- 3Set your currency — prices display in what you choose.
- 4Add coordinates (optional but recommended) — spaces with coordinates get a pin on the member map view; without them, you exist in list search only.
- 5Submit. The space’s URL slug is generated automatically from its name.
Review and going livelink
Submissions are reviewed by the team — expect roughly 48 hours. On approval the space becomes active: visible to members, bookable, cross-listed to the Real Estate coworking directory, and your +60 Koin award fires automatically (once per space).

The slug is auto-generated from the space name at submission. Pick the name carefully — it becomes the address.
Why isn’t my space on the map?expand_more
Map pins require coordinates. Add them to the space and the pin appears; without coordinates the space is list-search only.
