- 2Respond quickly using the member’s contact details or in-portal messages (/partner/messages).
- 3Advance the lead’s status as reality changes — through the pipeline to converted or lost.
- 4Use /partner/kontinue for the pipeline (CRM) view of the same leads when you’re managing volume.
