Spaces go live after team review — a submission that isn’t visible yet is usually just in the queue.

When approval lands you’ll see three effects at once: the space is bookable, it appears in the Real Estate coworking directory, and the +60 Koin award shows in your ledger.
- 1Confirm the space was actually submitted (not left mid-form) — it should appear in your portal’s spaces list with a non-active status.
- 2Give the review its window — approvals typically land within about 48 hours.
- 3Check completeness — spaces with thin details, missing photos, or implausible pricing are the ones most likely to be held.
- 4Well past the window with no movement? Contact support@kariant.app with the space name and your partner account email.
