Schedule recurring reports
Scheduled Reports turn any Kurator module into a standing brief: pick modules and a cadence on the report scheduler, and an hourly runner generates the digest and emails it to you — no manual re-running.
Create a schedulelink
Open the report scheduler from the Kurator console (Report Scheduler). Choose the modules to include — search & trends, competition, reputation, news, and more — set the cadence, and save. Schedules are stored per account and can be edited or paused any time.
An hourly server runner picks up due schedules, generates the digest from your latest module data, and emails it to your account address. Delivery is fail-safe: a failed send never breaks the schedule, and the next window retries.
What the digest containslink
Each digest summarizes the chosen modules since the last delivery — fresh runs, alert-worthy movement, and links back to the full console pages. It reads from your real run history; if a module has no new data in the window, the digest says so honestly rather than padding.
Delivery, recipients and unsubscribelink
Report emails arrive Kurator-branded from the Kariant mail system. You can add extra recipients to a schedule: each new address gets a confirmation email first and nothing is delivered until they confirm; every delivered report carries a personal unsubscribe link for that schedule.
Recurring Kurator mail (reports, digests, alerts) honors the platform-wide email suppression list and includes standard one-click list-unsubscribe headers, plus a "Manage alert settings" link back to the console.
Frequently asked questions
Does scheduling cost Koins?expand_more
The schedule itself is free. Digest generation uses the same metering rules as the underlying modules — runs on the free platform default cost nothing.
Can I send a schedule to teammates?expand_more
Yes — add their addresses to the schedule. They receive a confirmation email first and are only included after confirming; each email they get includes their own unsubscribe link.
