Every property detail page carries an enquiry form and a brochure-request option — both work even before you create an account.
Send an enquirylink
- 1Open the property’s detail page.
- 2Fill the enquiry form — your contact details and a message. You can enquire as a guest; signing in first links the enquiry to your account.
- 3The listing partner is notified by email and responds directly using the contact details you provided.
Request a brochurelink
Use the brochure-request option on the detail page to ask the partner for the property’s documentation pack. Like enquiries, brochure requests are guest-capable and go to the listing partner, who follows up with you directly.
What happens nextlink
Your enquiry becomes a lead in the partner’s pipeline. Response time is up to the individual partner — if you hear nothing, see the troubleshooting article My enquiry wasn’t answered.
