Enquiries go straight to the listing partner — response time is theirs, but a few checks are worth doing.

If a listing looks abandoned or misleading, report it to support@kariant.app with the listing URL — moderation reviews partner listings.
- 1Verify the contact details you submitted — replies go to the email/phone you entered on the form, and a typo breaks the loop.
- 2Check spam/promotions folders — partner replies come from the partner’s own email, not a kariant.app address.
- 3Give it a reasonable window — partners are notified immediately, but individual response times vary.
- 4Still nothing after several business days? Send a fresh enquiry (in case the first was missed), or enquire on a comparable listing from another partner.
