Frequently asked questions
I signed up with Google — can I add a password?expand_more
Yes. Sign-in methods are additive: from the security console you can add a password, phone, and MFA on top of a social sign-in.
I enabled the authenticator app — what changes at sign-in?expand_more
After your credentials, HQ asks for the current 6-digit code from your app. If you hold more than one second factor, a chooser lets you pick “Authenticator app” or “Text message”.
Does signing out on HQ sign me out everywhere?expand_more
Yes. Sign out on HQ ends the shared platform session, which is the true global sign-out.
