Download your datalink
Download account (JSON) gives you a machine-readable copy of your account record immediately. For a full cross-product export (activity, transactions, listings), use the request link on the page — full exports are handled by the support team.
Delete your accountlink
Account deletion is a recorded request with a 7-day grace window: submitting it schedules your account for deletion and the page shows the request date. You can cancel the request any time inside those 7 days by switching the toggle back off.
After the grace window, a daily server job processes the request: sign-in is disabled across every Kariant surface, active sessions are revoked, and a confirmation email is sent to your account address. Records required for financial and legal integrity (for example transaction ledgers) are retained per the privacy policy; remaining personal data is erased under the data-retention review.
