The seeker experience is grouped into four hubs, each with its own left-rail navigation: Discover (browse, AI matching, brand genome, comparison), Finance (calculators, loan readiness, affordability, tax and lease tools, investment memos), Diligence (FDD analysis, due-diligence kit, operator-fit assessment, trust signals), and Intelligence (country rankings and profiles, market comparison, territory tools, predictions, data labs).

Alongside the hubs: Kontinue (your application pipeline and appointments), Messages (direct conversations with franchisors), Properties (commercial sites and matching), the Legal Hub (attorney directory and legal guides), and the resale marketplace for existing units.

The quick links switch too: guests see browse-oriented shortcuts (industries, investment bands, countries, AI Match), while signed-in seekers get pipeline and messages shortcuts instead.
