What is Kariant Franchise?

As a seeker you browse live franchise listings, compare brands side by side, model the money, and contact franchisors — every inquiry lands in a shared pipeline both sides can track.

Franchisors get their own operating console at franchise.kariant.app/franchisor — listings, a lead CRM, messaging, analytics, advertising, and an operations suite. That side is documented separately under Kariant Franchise for Franchisors.

The header carries five menus, left to right: Dashboard (your signed-in overview — wallet, pipeline snapshot, latest messages, and saved brands in one place), For You (your personalized feed of matched brands, with the reasons shown), Kontinue (your pipeline, discovery days, saved list, Koins, and the AI advisor), Discover (browse, AI matching, brand genome, comparison, and the geography directory — countries → states → cities), and Finance (calculators, loan readiness, affordability, tax tools, investment memos).

Alongside the menus: a search bar in the center of the header itself, Messages (direct conversations with franchisors, one tap from the header icon with your unread count), notifications behind the bell, the resale marketplace for existing units, and your Saved shortlist at /saved — every brand you save, as full cards with view, add-to-compare, and remove.

The homepage itself (franchise.kariant.app) is a full entry point too: search, browse-by-industry and browse-by-investment sections with live catalog counts, a Newly Listed strip of the most recently published brands, guidance shortcuts into the buying guide and financing readiness, and a Klick AI band — AI Match for a ranked shortlist, Ask Klick for open questions, and a note on how Koins meter the heavier tools.

Signed in, the homepage becomes your workspace: a “Welcome back” journey rail walks your search step by step — set preferences, explore your matches, your inquiries with live counts, discovery days, and financing readiness — alongside a For You strip of listings matched to your saved preferences. The quick links switch too: guests see browse-oriented shortcuts (industries, investment bands, countries, AI Match), while signed-in seekers get pipeline and messages shortcuts instead.

Browsing, comparing, and contacting franchisors is free. AI-assisted tools include a free tier; heavier usage meters Koins (the Kariant platform currency) automatically per run or per conversation depth.
