The updated directory at xtended.kariant.app/franchises and homepage preview share public batches in the prepared rollout. They show the same public facts whether you are signed in or out; other discovery hubs are separate surfaces. Use View details or Request information on a card; save and comparison controls are available on supported detail or shortlist surfaces, not every directory card.
Apply filters to search reported names or industries, add up to eight industry labels or reported operating countries, and set an optional maximum investment with its budget currency. Search within the country and currency selectors. The header country selection is a separate scope: unknown operating countries remain visible there, while an explicit country filter requires a reported match. A country match does not guarantee available territory rights.
Only reported minimum investment in the selected currency is compared with your ceiling. Unknown amounts and other currencies are not budget matches; they remain visible with a not-comparable notice. A historical maximum-investment link without a currency uses USD as your budget, never as an inferred listing currency. No lower-bound or foreign-exchange filter is implied.
Use Next batch to check later candidates, including after an empty filtered batch. End of this scan describes the request time, not a permanently complete catalog. Changing filters starts again. A stale or invalid batch link offers Start again; an outage offers Try again, with no old batch represented as current.

xtended.kariant.app opens with search and links to industries and investment bands, alongside a bounded preview of admitted public listings, guidance, and Klick entry points. A preview count is not a full catalog count. As a guest the quick links are browse-oriented — industries, investment bands, countries and AI Match.
In the prepared signed-in homepage, the Welcome back rail connects saved preferences, current-batch matches, a bounded recent-inquiry window, upcoming discovery appointments and saved financing readiness. Inquiry counts are not live lifetime totals. The For You strip uses the current public batch and explicit saved preferences; pipeline and review links open separate surfaces. Retry and Refresh journey recover a failed or expired check.
Start in Discoverlink
The public franchise preview uses active records admitted by the marketplace publication controls. Records initially curated by Kariant Admin are not counted as paid partner onboarding or promotional-cohort activations. Ask the brand to confirm any reported commercial terms.
- 1Open xtended.kariant.app/discover for a short admitted public preview, or xtended.kariant.app/franchises for the browsable directory. Load more in the directory when available; counts describe only loaded pages, not a full catalog total.
- 2Narrow by category, reported USD minimum investment range, or operating country. The /low-cost preset uses a reported USD minimum below $50,000—not total startup cost—and /home-based uses the exact reported business-model field. Popularity, newest-listing, growth, veteran-program and multi-unit offer views currently lack the public evidence needed to show or rank brands; they link back to the admitted directory. A missing match in an incomplete preview is not proof that no such opportunity exists.
- 3If the live catalog cannot be verified, Kariant shows an offline or temporarily unavailable message with Retry. It does not report a source failure as zero opportunities. Search, maximum investment, industry, and country controls remain keyboard accessible.
- 4Open a brand for its detail page and inquiry form. The section rail supports touch or trackpad scrolling plus left and right controls for Overview, Costs & Disclosure, Unit Budget Planner, Territory & Expansion, Outlet Formats, Training & Support, and AI Intelligence. Reported costs remain distinct from estimates or verified evidence. Public earnings, payback and unsupported investment-thesis claims are not supplied by those sections.
- 5A genuine “Franchise not found” message appears only after Kariant completes the listing lookup. Offline, access, and temporary service failures are shown separately with Retry, so missing data is never presented as a removed brand.
- 6Save brands you like — your signed-in shortlist lives at /saved (linked from the header). It loads admitted public cards six at a time with view, add-to-compare, and remove; amounts stay in each listing’s reported currency. A withdrawn brand remains identified as a saved item without exposing stale details, while an offline or temporary public-reader failure has its own Retry action. Failed removal leaves the item in place. Saved choices can inform comparison and opted-in matching.
Compare your shortlistlink
Add up to four active brands to the comparison tray from a supported detail or shortlist surface and open /compare for a side-by-side view of investment, fees, footprint, and positioning. The updated public directory cards link to details and inquiries instead of exposing a compare control. Comparison is available without sign-in and the bounded selection stays on your device. Missing, offline, access and temporary service states are shown separately with Retry; a source failure is never presented as an empty comparison.
