Lead privacy
When a buyer submits a booking, sponsorship, or stall request, the resulting lead routes exclusively to the partner who owns that listing or event. No other partner can see it.
The privacy rulelink
A lead — the buyer's request together with the contact details it carries — belongs to the transaction between that buyer and that partner. It is visible to the receiving partner in their portal and to the buyer in their own history, and to no other partner on the marketplace. Leads are never pooled, resold, or shared across partners.
What this means in practicelink
- check_circleBuyers: your request details reach only the partner you requested from.
- check_circlePartners: the leads in your portal are yours — and symmetrically, you never see another partner's leads.
- check_circleRequests on an event route only to the partner who published that event.
