AI lead qualification
AI lead qualification is live for every partner on the Agentic AI tier: each new Kontinue lead is scored 0–100 and banded hot, warm, or cold against your Kontext ICP — so you always know which leads are yours before you spend a minute on them.
How scoring workslink
When a new lead lands in Kontinue, the AI reads it against your Kontext ICP — your industries, buyer roles, company sizes, and the problems you solve — and produces a 0–100 score with a hot/warm/cold band and the reasoning behind it.
Scoring costs 1 Koin per scored lead. If your Koin balance is empty, scoring is skipped honestly: the lead still arrives with its free A–F signal grade, just without an AI score. Nothing is invented and nothing is silently queued for billing.
Set it uplink
- 1Fill in your Kontext ICP at /klick/kontext/profile — the sharper the profile, the sharper the scores.
- 2Keep a working Koin balance on your billing account (1 Koin per scored lead).
- 3Open Kontinue → Leads: each new lead shows its AI score and band alongside the A–F grade.
- 4Work hot leads first; use the score reasoning to tailor your first message.
Grade vs scorelink
The two reads answer different questions. The A–F grade (always free) measures lead authenticity — verified email, OTP, organization, message substance. The AI score measures fit — how well this buyer matches the ICP you taught the platform. A verified-but-wrong-fit lead can be grade A and cold at the same time; both facts are useful.
Frequently asked questions
What does AI lead qualification cost?expand_more
1 Koin per scored lead — charged only when a score is actually produced. With an empty balance, scoring is skipped and the lead arrives unscored.
Which leads get scored?expand_more
Every new lead that lands in your Kontinue CRM while you are on the Agentic AI tier — demo requests, quote requests, and inquiries.
Can I improve my scores’ accuracy?expand_more
Yes — the score is only as good as your Kontext ICP. Update it at /klick/kontext/profile whenever your target market shifts; changes apply from the next scored lead.
