Lead notifications aren’t arriving
If lead emails stop, the leads themselves are still safe at /partner/leads.

Build the habit of checking the portal directly — bookings and leads both live there regardless of what email does.
- 1Open /partner/leads — if leads exist there without emails, it’s a delivery problem, not a data problem.
- 2Verify the contact email on your partner profile (/partner/settings) — stale addresses are the usual culprit.
- 3Check spam/promotions folders and inbox rules.
