- 2Upload the lease as a .txt or .md file — or paste the lease text into the text box.
- 3Run the analysis (a metered AI call billed in Koins) and review the extracted terms, risk flags, and negotiation suggestions.
PDF and Word fileslink
PDF and Word uploads are not supported yet — the analyzer reads plain text only. For a PDF or Word lease, open the file, copy the text, and paste it into the analyzer. The tool says this on the page too, so it isn’t a silent failure.

By design, for now: only .txt and .md files are read directly. Copy the text out of the PDF and paste it instead.
Is the analysis legal advice?expand_more
No — it is an AI reading of the text you provide. Have a lawyer review any lease before you sign.
