- 2Run the valuation — it is a metered AI call billed in Koins, and the page tells you so before it runs.
- 3Read the output and find it again later: completed valuations are saved to your reports, so you don’t pay twice to re-read one.

It is an AI-assisted estimate built from the listing’s data and market signals — an evaluation accelerator, not a formal appraisal. For lending, legal, or tax purposes you need a certified appraiser.
