The listing lifecycle
A listing’s status determines whether buyers can see it. One transition is moderated; the rest are yours.

- check_circleActive — live in buyer discovery. Reached ONLY via admin review.
- check_circlePaused — temporarily hidden by you (holding negotiations, refreshing media).
- check_circleSold / Leased — closed outcomes you set when the deal is done.
Who controls whatlink
Activation is a moderated gate: draft → active happens only through the review process. This keeps the buyer-facing catalog trustworthy — every live listing has passed a human check.
Everything after activation is self-serve: pause and resume, mark sold or leased, or drop back to draft for a rework. Status changes are immediate.
Koins connectionlink
The first activation of a listing pays +40 promotional Koins — once per listing, ever. Cycling a listing through statuses does not re-trigger the award.
