Create your first listing
Listings are created at /partner/listings/new and start life as drafts — an admin review moves them live.
Create the listinglink
- 1Open /partner/listings/new from the portal.
- 2Complete the property details — and add media: photos, a virtual tour link, and a floorplan all have their place on the form. Complete, well-illustrated listings convert better.
- 3Save. Your new listing is a DRAFT — visible to you, not yet to buyers.
Review and activationlink
New listings go live after an admin review — you cannot self-activate a draft. Once the review approves it, the listing becomes active in buyer discovery, and the activation triggers your +40 Koin award (see Koins for partners).
After activation you control the operational statuses yourself: you can move a listing between draft, paused, sold, and leased from the portal. What you can’t do is flip a draft straight to active — that path always runs through review.
