When a buyer enquires, you get an email at your onboarding contact address with the lead’s details and a deep link straight to that lead in the portal. Respond fast — enquiry-to-first-response time is the single biggest conversion lever you control.
Work the pipelinelink
- 1Open the lead from the email deep link, or from /partner/leads.
- 2Contact the buyer using the details on the lead, or message them in-portal.
- 3Advance the status as things progress: new → contacted → qualified → converted (or lost).
- 4Marking a lead converted triggers your +20 Koin award — and keeps your analytics truthful.
