What to look atlink
Watch the relationship between listing views and enquiries: strong views with weak enquiries usually means the listing content isn’t answering buyer questions (pricing clarity, photos, floorplan). Weak views usually means discovery positioning — check your title, location data, and completeness.
Lead-status distribution tells you where your pipeline leaks. A pile-up in "new" is a response-time problem; a pile-up in "contacted" is a qualification problem.
