Lead emails aren’t arriving
Lead notifications go to the contact email captured at onboarding. If they stop arriving, the leads are still safe in the portal.

Make checking /partner/leads or /partner/kontinue part of your routine regardless — email is the alert, the portal is the record.
- 1Open /partner/leads first — the portal is the source of truth. If leads exist there but no emails arrived, it’s a delivery problem, not a lead problem.
- 2Verify the contact email in /partner/settings — a stale or mistyped address is the most common cause.
- 3Check spam/promotions folders and any inbox rules that might swallow notifications.
