My franchisor account is suspended

While an account is suspended the franchisor console is unavailable, and optional work that requires your authority cannot run — including AI refinement, agent execution, and disclosure-document sending. The zero-Koin deterministic score for verified inquiries is rules-based, not an automatic AI charge.

Your data is not deleted. Listings, pipeline, documents and operational records are all preserved exactly as they were, and scheduled work resumes on its normal cadence once the account is reinstated rather than firing a backlog all at once.
