Operations pages look empty
Audits, royalties, vendors, surveys, unit economics, and supply chain show YOUR account’s records only.
Why it’s empty — and what fills itlink
Operations data is strictly per-franchisor: nothing is pre-populated, and no other account’s records will ever appear in your view. Use the create actions on each page (Schedule Audit, Configure Structure, Add Vendor, Create Survey, Add Snapshot, Add Supplier) — records appear immediately after you save them.
Don’t confuse this with contextual prefill: AI tools may arrive with your brand, industry, and markets already filled in (that comes from your identity surfaces — see Contextual identity), but operational RECORDS are never invented. An empty royalties ledger stays empty until you record payments.
If a create action errors, make sure you’re signed in with the approved franchisor account (the one that passed the application review) — the data layer only accepts writes scoped to that account.
