Share operator feedback on a brand
Trust Center scores are built from moderated operator feedback. If you operate (or have operated) a unit of a listed brand, you can contribute yours from /diligence/trust.

- 1Open the Trust Center (/diligence/trust) and sign in — feedback requires an account.
- 2Use “Share feedback” and pick the brand. Feedback can only be filed for brands listed on Kariant.
- 3Rate the factors, add your years as an operator, and confirm the operator declaration.
- 4Submit — your feedback goes to moderation, not straight onto the score.
How your feedback is treatedlink
Operator status is self-declared, and submissions are labeled as self-reported operator feedback — the platform does not claim to have verified your relationship with the brand.
Every submission is reviewed before it affects any trust score, and a brand’s score appears only once moderated feedback accrues for it. That’s why a brand you just rated may still show no score.
