Why isn’t my listing live?
New listings go live only after an admin review — a listing sitting in draft after submission is usually just in the queue.

Remember: draft → active is the one transition you cannot perform yourself. Paused/sold/leased toggles are yours after first activation.
- 1Confirm the listing is actually submitted and in draft (not an unsaved form).
- 2Check completeness — listings missing core details, photos, or plausible pricing are the ones most likely to be held in review.
- 3Confirm your partner account itself is verified — listings from unverified partners don’t enter the live catalog.
- 4If it has been stuck well beyond the normal review window, contact support@kariant.app with the listing name and your partner account email.
