Manage your team
Team management (hq.kariant.app/team) lets an organization owner invite members with a role, grant access per vertical, and optionally set a monthly Koin allowance.
Invite a memberlink
- 1Open hq.kariant.app/team; if you own multiple organizations, pick the one to manage from the selector.
- 2Click Invite Member and enter their name, email, role (admin, manager, member, or viewer), and whether they act as a user or a partner.
- 3Select the verticals they may access, and optionally a monthly Koin allowance.
- 4Create the invite link and share it — the member joins by accepting it.
Manage existing memberslink
- check_circleChange a member’s role from the dropdown on their row.
- check_circleUse Access to grant or revoke individual verticals (as user or partner) at any time.
- check_circleSuspend keeps the seat but blocks access until reinstated; Remove deletes the seat. Both ask for confirmation.
