Reviews on your listings support one official franchisor response each.
How responding workslink
Only the franchisor who owns the reviewed listing can attach a response — this is enforced at the data layer, so responses cannot be forged by other accounts. Review moderation itself (approving or rejecting reviews) is handled by the platform, not by franchisors.
