Respond to reviews

Only the franchisor who owns the reviewed listing can attach a response — this is enforced at the data layer, so responses cannot be forged by other accounts. Your response is shown publicly beneath the review. Review moderation itself (approving or rejecting reviews) is handled by the platform, not by franchisors.

The reviews you respond to are honest inputs: every review is written by its author under their own account (author identity cannot be spoofed) and moderated before publication. Readers can mark reviews helpful — the helpful count is a real tally, not decoration.
