Create and collectlink
Response data stays scoped to your brand: each response is keyed to its respondent, and only you (the surveying franchisor), the respondent, and platform administrators can read it.
- 1Create a survey with a title, description, and questions.
- 2Copy the respond link shown under the survey selector and share it with your franchisees (email, ops channel — however you reach your network).
- 3Franchisees answer signed in at that link; one response per operator per survey keeps the numbers honest.
- 4Analytics fill in live as responses arrive: the NPS gauge, category breakdown, quick stats, and — once open-text answers exist — the AI feedback summary.
