The Properties marketplace (/properties) lists commercial sites. From a property’s detail page you send the lister an inquiry directly — no detour through your franchise pipeline.

- 1Open the property’s detail page and use the inquiry button — inquiries require sign-in, so the lister always gets a real, reachable contact.
- 2Your name and email prefill from your account; adjust them if needed, write your message, and send.
- 3The lister is notified immediately and follows up with you directly using the contact details you provided.
If you listed the propertylink
Your own listing’s detail page doubles as your inquiry inbox: inquiries appear there live as they arrive, and you can mark each one contacted (and back) as you work through them. Only you, as the lister, see them.
