Open Buyer Messaging at /partner/solutions/engagement/messaging. It is the platform’s live messaging engine scoped to you: every thread you participate in, with unread counts, in one place. Inside a thread you can send text, use @-mentions, and record voice notes (transcribed automatically).
How conversations startlink
- check_circleA buyer clicks “Message the Team” on your listing’s detail page and sends the first message.

They land in Kontinue as scored leads. If the buyer also messages you, that conversation lives in your inbox — the two complement each other.
