Publish events
Publish webinars, workshops, and seminars from the console and they appear on the Kariant events feed and on your listing’s page — with live registrant counts back in your console.
Create and publishlink
Events are managed at /partner/solutions/engagement/publish-events. Every event is attached to one of your listings — if you have no listing yet, publish one first.
- 1Click New event and pick the listing it belongs to.
- 2Choose the type: webinar, workshop, seminar, participation, or other.
- 3Add a title (up to 150 characters) and description (up to 3,000).
- 4Set the event date & time and a registration deadline.
- 5Optionally add a location (leave blank for online) and an external event page URL.
- 6Publish — the event goes live immediately.
Where buyers see itlink
Published events appear on the /events feed (filterable by type, with AI-ranked recommendations for signed-in buyers) and in the events section of your listing’s own detail page. Events drop out of the feed automatically once their registration deadline passes.
Track and managelink
Each event card in your console shows a live “N registered” count. You can hide an event (it disappears from buyer surfaces but keeps its data), re-publish it, or delete it entirely — all self-serve.

Does publishing an event cost Koins?expand_more
No. Event publishing is included for all partners — no Koin charge.
Why must an event attach to a listing?expand_more
The listing gives your event its home: buyers discover it from your listing’s page as well as the feed, and registrations tie back to the product they’re interested in.
Who can register?expand_more
Any signed-in Kariant user. Registrations are recorded instantly and counted live on your console card.
