Your board exists alreadylink
The moment a listing is published, its board is live: embedded on the listing’s detail page and at its own URL (for example /software/@yourhandle/forum). Buyers can start threads publicly or privately to you — private threads are visible only to your team, which is where pricing and account-specific questions land.
Work the board from the consolelink
The console board manager is at /partner/solutions/engagement/dedicated-forum.
- 1Pick the listing whose board you want to work (if you have more than one).
- 2Read open threads and reply — your replies carry a Partner badge so buyers know it’s really you.
- 3Post announcement threads of your own (title up to 150 characters, body up to 5,000) for updates, changelogs, or FAQs.
- 4Close a thread once it’s resolved — closed threads stay readable but stop accepting replies.
