Perks & the VIP boost
The Koins Hub's Spend tab lets you turn earned Koins into premium Kashback capabilities. Perks are real platform features, purchased server-side, non-refundable, and never cashable.

How to purchaselink
- 1Open Koins Hub from your Kashback navigation and switch to the Spend tab.
- 2Pick a perk and select Unlock (or Extend for an active VIP boost).
- 3Confirm in the dialog — the price is deducted from your Koin balance immediately and the perk activates.

- check_circlePrices are fixed server-side; the confirmation dialog always shows the exact charge.
- check_circlePerks are platform features — they are non-refundable and can never be converted to Kash.
- check_circleActive perks show an "Active" badge on the hub (VIP shows its expiry date). Owned permanent perks deep-link straight into the feature.

Frequently asked questions
Does the VIP boost stack with my Platinum multiplier?expand_more
No. The engine applies the higher of the two — a Platinum member (2x) gains no extra rate from VIP (also 2x), while Bronze–Gold members are boosted to 2x for the 30 days.
What happens when my VIP boost expires?expand_more
Your earning multiplier simply returns to your loyalty tier's rate. You can repurchase at any time; buying while still active extends from the current expiry.
Can I get a refund on a perk?expand_more
No — perk purchases are final. The confirmation dialog states the charge before you commit.
